May 2026 5.00Great townhouse in a fantastic location, right on bus line and easy walking to Magnuson park. Clean, functional, and well appointed and responsive owners. Entry level requires a set of outdoor stairs to get into, and 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2nd level with an open floor plan kitchen and comfortable living space plus cute and private patio, Master bedroom on top level spacious and light filled - overall a great spot. It was tight navigating the car in and out of the drive to drop off older adults staying with us, but smaller cars should do fine with that (parking is on the street, but just a short walk - this was not a hassle at all for us and the owners did a great job communicating about that in advance). We would rent again!

May 2026 5.00This is a lovely property! The finishes are top-of-the-line, the home is beautifully furnished, and it was the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. We found the interior to be very peaceful and a great fit for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with our two kids, and the piano was a wonderful touch. For families with young children, note that two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor near the front door, while the primary bedroom is two floors above. It worked fine for us, but it’s something to be aware of. Also, parking is on the busy street. We would definitely stay here again!
